Writing Group -- May

I gave a little bit of Nowhere Man to Kim, who had critiqued previous work I gave her. Good feedback, some minor changes to be made on the next pass through.

Kerry was not there, so I was not able to give her Nowhere Man or my comments on Peter Holland.

"Nowhere Man" Update

Working now on scene 55, about 60,000 words in. I need to update the computerized version, as it is up to only about scene 52 or so.

Kenny is now giving Melissa the "invisible treatment," and she knows he is around, but ignoring her. She is coming to the realization that he is not going to "get over" his pique at her loose tongue any time soon. She is going to RPG group tonight, and will cover for him if he does not show up.

I still need an event that will lead Kenny to realize how silly he has been in exaggerating his hurt and feelings of "betrayal." Maybe that is why my output has slowed, worry about getting to this critical juncture soon and i don't know how to push beyond.
